King Chef’s Place is where comfort food meets serious flavor.
King Chef’s Place was founded in 1973 by our father in Brooklyn, NY, with locations spanning New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, VA, and Raleigh, NC. Traveling up and down the East and West Coasts—and everywhere in between—he served his delicious food at diverse gatherings, including HBCU events, bike fests, beach festivals, and private catering events.
He was renowned for his impeccable cooking and legendary long lines that wrapped around the corner as loyal patrons eagerly waited to get a taste of King Chef. In 2022, my brother and I proudly took over the company to carry on our father’s legacy. Today, we pour that same enduring love and soul into our food, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
